Try & Hire is an alternative to conventional temporary staffing and placement for permanent positions. During a probationary period of usually three months based on a relatively non-binding contractual relationship (two days’ notice period), employees and employers can get to know each other. The employee is temporarily hired during this time. You have the option of employing them permanently after three months, free of charge, if you are satisfied with their professional and personal performance. If it does not work out, the employment relationship can be terminated at any time within the notice period mentioned and without further costs.
